Customer service director
With 22 years’ experience in customer service, Karen joined Activa in January 2015 to head up our growing Customer Service team. Prior to this, Karen spent seven years working as a manager at Mercedes Benz.
In addition to managing the Customer Service team, Karen is also responsible for taking care of our clients and implementing improved processes to ensure Activa provides the best service possible.
Spending time with family and friends, travelling and swimming.
